Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. To process your return or refund, we require supporting documentation, including clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as well as any relevant details about the issue. Please submit these materials within 7 days of receiving the product to info@comystory.com. Based on the assessment, we will either issue a full or partial refund or reship the product, depending on the extent of the issue.

If the product you receive differs from your order (e.g., incorrect color, size, or model), please send photos or videos of the item along with the shipping labels within 7 days of receiving it. Once we confirm the discrepancy, we will reship the correct item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

Missing or Lost Shipments

If tracking information shows that a package has not been updated for more than 30 days, we will issue a full refund.
If the tracking number is invalid and you cannot obtain any shipping status, please contact us promptly at info@comystory.com so we can acquire the correct tracking information. If the package is confirmed as lost or severely delayed, we will resolve the issue as described above.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

If the customer provides an incorrect address or contact information, and the package is undeliverable or unclaimed, we are unable to process refunds or reshipments. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping details when placing an order.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The customer must cover the return shipping costs.
  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at info@comystory.com
  • Once the returned item is received and processed, a refund will be issued.

Returns should be sent to one of our facilities, which are located in the USA, Germany, or the UK. The exact return address will be provided when your return is processed, as it may vary depending on the product and location.
